Medical outreach for widows
Widows were registered to capture personal and medical details, booked in before basic checks of BP, blood sugar. Then they were seen by the doctors and prescribed medication which was dispensed there onsite.
The foundation has sponsored several medical treatments, including a myomectomy for a young widow who had fibroids in 2010 and Hernia repair surgery of a widow’s young son in 2019.
